Here's the honest version. Fiona's Lair didn't start in a newsroom. It didn't have a launch strategy or a PR firm or a series A funding round. It started in 2026 with two people who are also, for the record, in love — a marketing manager and a software engineer who spent a lot of evenings talking about the same things everyone talks about: what just happened on that show, who wore what, what that political move actually means, and why nobody is covering that story the way it deserves to be covered.
So we built the thing we wanted to read. We blended her eye for what people care about with his ability to build where those conversations live. The result is this — a blog that covers celebrity gossip, fashion, entertainment, sports, tech, travel, health, and politics in a voice that sounds like your most informed friend, not a press release.
We cover pretty much everything the internet is actually talking about — and a few things it should be talking about more. Celebrity gossip, fashion, politics, lifestyle, health, sports, tech, and travel. Always with personality, always with receipts.
We're new, and we're proud of it. Fiona's Lair launched in 2026 with one clear goal: to build a place where people who love fashion, entertainment, sport, culture, and the full chaos of the world we live in can come together; regardless of where they are in it.
We want readers from Los Angeles to London to Lagos to open the same article and feel like it was written for them. Because it was. The internet made the world smaller. We want to make it feel like a community.
